Terms of refund for AI credits
Refund of funds
When refunding, money is returned to the card from which the purchase was made within 30 days, depending on the bank that issued the card.
Refund conditions
AI credits are a digital product and are subject to refund in the following cases:
- Technical failure when crediting credits to the account
- Double charge for one order
- Charge without crediting credits
Refund is not made if the credits have already been used to generate responses or images.
Refund procedure
To request a refund:
- Write to email hello@bycom.by with the subject 'Refund'
- Specify the order number and reason for refund
- Attach supporting documents (if available)
- Wait for the request to be reviewed within 3 business days
- After approval, funds will be returned to the card within 30 days
